Are you so busy being a responsible parent that you’ve forgotten how to have fun with your kids? Check out these tips from Triple P’s Francisca Puga.

Getting down on the floor and joining in the game might be the last thing you feel like doing when you’re still dressed in your work clothes, feel like flopping on the couch after a hard day, and know that dinner still has to be prepared.

But taking a few minutes to play with your child (even if you have to read these tips first to help you get into the right frame of mind) could be better for you and your child than you know.
